Billy is a dedicated husband, proud father, Christian, and American patriot with a distinguished career serving our nation. He spent nine years as an intelligence operations analyst in the U.S. Air Force and an additional nine years as a government civilian at U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) in Tampa, Florida. Billy was frequently deployed, notably as one of the first to deploy after the 9/11 terrorist attacks. At USCENTCOM, he managed over $3.5 billion in intelligence-based operational needs, significantly contributing to the safety of war-fighters in Afghanistan and Iraq. Additionally, he served a year at U.S. Africa Command during the North African color revolutions as a foreign disclosure officer, facilitating intelligence sharing between allied and foreign nations.

Billy holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations and currently runs a successful real estate business in Tampa, Florida. As a conservative, he values traditional American principles and is a staunch advocate for honest and fair elections.
